Refer a friend code not working

I have referred a friend to PM and when they type in the referral code, a not valid message is displayed.

@G-K - is your plan currently active? Not sure if that would make a difference or not when using your referral code upon activation, but just checking.

You might want to try to copy and paste your code once again and make sure characters like O or 0 not mixed up

Worst case,  activate first and message support and ask them to manually apply after

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

double check that you provided them with correct code. Make sure to differenciate 0"s and O's.

@G-K make sure the zero '0' is not an oohh "O", and other numbers are not mixed up. Copy and paste it to them, an have them copy and paste it during activation. Ensure no spaces before or after.
