I hear that there is a limited time promotion where I could receive a "$5 credit every 30 days for up to 5 months as long as me and my friend stays with PM" until June 6th 2022. 

My friend used my code on May 19th and activated their sim card. They got the $10 credit on their next bill, however I did not receive the $5 credit. My plan renewed today (May 29th).

Would a moderator be able to help me get this promo? Thanks

If you reach out to a CSA and tell them the situation they may add it manually as as a sign of good, while no guarantees, it wouldn't hurt

HI @TH_Bui   PM will start the $5 /month for 5 months starting first week of June.  You will see the $5 as Available Fund then

Opps, it could be one day too early.  The promotion starts May 20.   You might not qualify for it
