Redirecting call and discontinue for a month

Hello,

I will be travelling to India from 3rd August - 3rd Sep and I would like to discontinue for 1 month. My recharge date is 27th of each month. Could you pls advise if that is possible.

Secondly, is it possible to redirect any calls from my phone number to my partners public mobile number during this time?

Note also that your renewal date cannot be the 27th of each month since Public Mobile plans are 30 days so the date will shift because only 4 months of the year have 30 days.

Did you already discontinue your plan?  It looks like that you are leaving on August 3.  If your plan is active right now, if you turn off pre-authorized payments, your account will be suspended on August 27, your next renewal date. 

In your situation, since your next payment date is August 27, it might be just easier to let your account just auto renew.  That way, you can still forward your phone calls to your partners during that time. You will be only saving about one week by suspending on August 27 since you will be back in Canada on September 3.

You can pause your subscription after your current cycle has run out, however to forward calls you need to have active service.
