Recharge my card

I had my payment method set to the wrong card so it couldn’t take the payment. I changed my card info and it still won’t take the payment. On my app there is no option to add funds with credit card so i don’t know how to pay it. I’m stuck with no calling or texting.

On The PM app under the Payment tab there are 3 options for payment. There is Add Funds with Credit Card or Update Card Information or Add Funds with Vouchers.

You can pickup vouchers from 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples then dial 611 and enter the voucher number and pin.

i do and i changed my card, but it hasn’t taken the payment off that card yet.

log in to your account using a laptop / Payment / Add Funds with Debit/Credit / click on the little pencil in Payment Method to update your card info.

@Aria-r are you not seeing this screen when you go to the Update card information under the Payment tab from the PM app?
