Hi! I didn't realize I was supposed to keep my old sim in my phone until I received my transfer text - never got the transfer text and am now not sure what to do. Reached out to Chatr who said they could not help me and told me that Public Mobile would need to reinitiate transfer request. Also - when I try to log into the public mobile app it wants me to enter a confirmation code but I am not receiving any text codes- so Im unable to log in 😞

You should still be able to recieve your EverSafe ID Confirmation code to 'Confirm for Full Access' if you put your Chatr SIM Card back in.
Since you port didn't complete, that Chatr SIM is still receiving all your Texts and calls so your Eversafe ID verification code will come there if you put the old SIM back in.

@MaddyMacDonald there’s a number for live support that can re trigger the port request for you . Will send you it private message .and get it fixed
