PM has no live agent to talk to. You can communicate with PM staff through ticketing system as advised by other members.
Most issues can be resolved at Community unless it is account related when CSA has to be involved.

@Lucyum : There's nobody to call. All account support is done through the ticketing system. Can you answer some of the questions posed by the replies here? Maybe we can help.

Are there any services that do work? If neither in + out are working, dial 611 - what does it say? Even better, log into your Self Serve account and make sure your account is Active and in good standing.
The suggestions for rebooting, checking signal, and similar options are good. I'm guessing it's not a porting issue because usually outgoing calls still work. Let us know what you've tried and we'll try and steer you in the right direction! 🙂

If you just initiate porting, it will take few hours to complete.
First SMS will become available. Try texting somebody or ask to text you.
If you ported from a landline/VOIP it could take up to 7 days to complete.
Assuming you follow porting procedure... (answer yes, etc.).

there could be many factors to this, have you tried any trouble shooting so far?
sometimes when i drive through certain areas I do get not registered on network. Is it only in certain areas or constant for you?
have you reset your phone? cleared cache? tried another sim card?

Try putting your phone on 3G network.
Edit: Is this a new activation?
Did you try porting a number?

@Lucyum which area you are at?
is Mobile data working? do you see any signal showing on your phone?
did you try rebooting your phone?
if you have a second phone, maybe put your SIM in the second phone. This can confirm if it is a network issue or phone.
