If it's simply a piece of paper to explain the payments/charges, that's fine, but customers should never create their own receipts. This can be seen as an act of forgery.

You can copy data from your payment history and create your own receipt.
If that is not good enough for a claim, contact agent and see if they are able to accommodate you on a monthly basis.

You can print out your payment history by login to Self Serve account and go to View Payment History and download from 7 days to 30 days.

@missscarletguy You have to contact support to request a receipt. It takes some time for them to prepare. Normally people that need this request it quarterly or yearly
Contact customer service agents.
Open a ticket via:

Type "ticket" > Click "Contact Us" > Select your issue > "Click here to submit a ticket↗"
or send a private message to:

and describe your issue. Include your name,phone #, account #, Email address,4-digit PIN to speed up authentication process.

If you log into your account public mobile's website, click on payments, then payment history. Set the time frame to 30 days and that should give you a statement.

PM doesn't provide monthly invoices so you would need to do this each month!
