I am attempting to purchase a 2nd US plan after my first expired. Twice I have received a receipt, but the plan has not been activated. I am using money that has been paid into the account. Any suggestions or corrective action I can take?

@RegMarte from what I understand, once an add-on has expired, you have to wait a full 24 hours to purchase the same again.
You can use the chatbot to create a ticket and get help with it from an agent. Or use the link below to reach agent directly.
