Hi everyone 

posted earlier but don’t think it went through?

 

am in the US purchased data $30

10 days ago. It ran out today and I purchased another $30 one. Have receipt.

But it’s not giving me service ?

tried everything

  • Thank you for that. Yes I know add on fo 15 days but the text said I had used it all?

There is a system glitch whereby it won't allow you to purchase the same add-on back to back without waiting upwards of 24 hours. The only way around that is to get an agent to do it manually.

The roaming add-on's are for 15 days though, not 10. That changed a couple years ago.

Hello @Elisheva 

These addons are for 15 days. It should not have ran out. Since you purchased another one within the 15 day period, it will not automatically start on day 16. You will need to reach a CS Agent to find out why it stopped working and to get a credit back for the purchase of the second one. Just a side note, customers phone have been going dead over the last week. You may be one of the ones who went down, sadly while in the US. Hopefully CS can resolve it.

@Elisheva Did you try rebooting your phone? Does the new add-on show up on your account? It's possible that the new one didn't take over. Maybe it might start working tomorrow if payment went through fine.
