Hello,
I just purchased an add-on and I'd like to print or download a receipt for that. But my account only shows the pre-tax amount of the transaction. How can I get a proper receipt? I think it is really weird how the transaction history doesn't show the full payment...

Hi @Alis_Ibiza for invoices show clearly with tax, you have to open ticket with CS agent and they can prepare official invoices. But it will take them 2 or 3 weeks

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

All money in your balance shows as spendable money and was taxed before hand. Therefore all transactions do NOT show tax.
