Please help me unlock my account, credit card has changed and I cannot access my account.
How do I log a ticket with the customer service, if I still cannot answer my security question how long more I have to wait.

Hi @markchan222 wait full 60 mins and try again.
If still unable to login, first try using the Forgot Password link there to try to reset it
If still have problem, open ticket with CS agent,
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
