I just paid about 55 dollars for the 50 dollar plan. I was wondering where can I get the receipt for my payment, including the taxes charged.

Speak with your company's accountant/account receivable as to the options you have for remitting a reciept for pre-paid mobile services. You may find pm vouchers or RTP (real time payments) available at Canadian Tire gas bars or Mobil stations (among others)for a $1 fee and use your phone # will be accepted. Requesting invoices is time consuming and take time....usually you would want to request them in 90, 180 or 360 day increments.
Also @LurganIeUk has has excel file and template for creating an invoice for your own records that may help when submitting credit card invoices and/or voucher or RTP reciepts. Private message him for his help.

@foxonefoxone If this is an ongoing thing, you will need to request it with CSA EACH time you need it.
If you can provide screen shots of your account and proof of credit card charges hopefully the recipient will accept this method.

@foxonefoxone is this something you need for reimbursement?
Perhaps you could use a snapshot of your View Payment History (showing without taxes) on your Self Serve account, in addition to your snapshot of your credit card statement (showing taxes in).

If you need a formal invoice, you will need to contact customer service agent (CSA).
Click on the chat bubble icon on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact CSA. Type: Invoice. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.
CSA may ask a few questions to verify account ownership and then should be able to help you. Response times can take a few hours. Check your private message inbox (envelope in upper right corner of website).
