How do I talk to a real life agent? I have a payment issue, and I want to address it with someone.

hi @RombelVille there is no phone to call, everything goes through ticket and message and it will work
please just submit a ticket with agent and that this going
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

You can go to the public mobile page and click on 'get help'. There you can chat with SIMon and answer all those questions. It will tell you to get a ticket to chat/message with a live agent. Sometimes an agent can get to you fast, sometimes it takes a while. I've found these agents really helpful. I hope this helps!

We are all live here members like you here to help but you can contact a live CS_Agent by submitting a ticket on SIMon Chatbot or private message them for help.
Everything is done through private messaging so NO voice contact.

I've had great experience working with CS agents via ticket number. I suggest opening a ticket, they will be in contact quickly.

What sort of payment problem? Only the chatbot is non-human. You can contact support and you'll be with a real life person. But maybe we have some ideas to help you.

@RombelVille yes, you can work with them via Community inbox and they might send you a live chat link
But first, you need to engage them via ticket:
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account) using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Contact agent ", then click "Contact Us", then click "Other", click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗""
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question. Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
