PM is not for everyone. Members should have some technical knowledge and the settings on their phone. 
For those with little or no technical knowledge. I would suggest to go with a full service third tier or second tier carriers.

This forum/self serve service isn't very "elderly" friendly. The person who helped you sign up should be the one to help you.

You need to file a service ticket, there is no support via call center.

the support here are real, real person.   Just it is different form traditional support model.  All supports start with ticket

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

Public Mobile forum is basically run by it's customers. What issues are you having? Maybe someone here can help?

All supports are online, but answered by real person.  Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
