Didn’t change credit card in time so got notice of no payment. Change card number now so will PM try to take payment automatically again today or do I have to contact support?
Does anyone have the link to email with a support person directly? Thanks

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! The customer was already in a private conversation with one of our agents when the post was escalated. The agent will continue assisting them directly.

Website can be finicky at times. May try to clear cache first, or incognito mode. Or try a different web browser.
If still issues, then need to contact customer service. I will try to escalate to CSA_PM, but if you have been in contact with another CSA, they can't help further.

When I go to the site it says to resume subscription, which makes sense, but then there are new offers and not my current one.

Then add funds equivalent to your plan cost.

You don't need to contact support. Just go to the payment section and make a payment. Easy as that.
