Both incoming and outgoing calls are not working.

More details would be helpful
New customer? did you port over your number?
Did incoming calls or texts work before? Data working?
What have you tried? Reboot your phone? Network reset of phone?

And to confirm, data and text both working? What phone do you have? Did you try a Reset Network Settings on your phone?

you have unlimited outgoing calls, right? (ie, not $15 or $13 plan?)
Try Reboot phone and Reset Network settings
