Pausing or suspending services...?

I will be away (out of country) for 2 months on a company training.

is there a way to pause or suspend my services / account until i come back?

company's providing company phone during the trip.

Customers don't need the phone with the Public Mobile SIM card or receive a text message to log in.  The 2FA code for the self serve account can be received by either e-mail or a voice message (that can be checked from calling from a different phone).

sure you can...log in to your account and disable Subscribed. Your renewals will fail but don't go past 89 days in Suspension as at day 90 the account is deactivated...but for 2 months you should be good.

you can turn off autopay before your trip and PM will not renew your plan at the end of the current cycle.

Login My Account, go to Payment > Manage Subscription and disable "Subscribed" there.

When you are back, just login My Account and you should see a button "Pay and Resume services now", click and make the payment.  Also, remember to go back to re-enable Autopay.
