Voicemail is not working. I cannot create a support ticket

Samantha10

I have voicemail notifications and I have confirmed that people are leaving me voicemail.  When I call my voicemail to check messages, it says that my mailbox is empty.  Clearly my voicemail is not working.  Please advise on how to fix it.  Also- I tried to submit a ticket numerous times and it kept crashing/ would not work.

Every time I try to submit a support ticket it crashes.

I don't want to disable notifications. i want to actually listening to my voicemail, but when I call it says there are none (and I know there are because people have confirmed that they are leaving me voicemails which i am not getting)

For your problem with create support ticket,  simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

PM will reply to your community inbox,  between 9AM-10PM EST (Mon-Sun), check here:

To disable voicemail notifications on an iPhone, navigate to Settings > Notifications > Phone and toggle off "Allow Notifications" or "Badges". Alternatively, you can disable visual voicemail by going to Settings > Phone > Voicemail and ensuring "Visual Voicemail" is enabled if you want to see voicemails but not get notifications.

To disable voicemail notifications on an Android device, navigate to the Phone app's settings, find the Voicemail settings, and then disable notifications. Specifically, you can usually find these settings by opening the Phone app, tapping the three-dot menu (or "More" icon), then going to Settings > Voicemail > Notifications and toggling off "Show notifications" or similar options.
