Reactivate service, can't login

Need to top up and reactivate.

Have new SIM as old phone was lost.

It keeps sending verification text to inactive number to login.

What can I do?

I can provide my number/ other login email upon request.

I have the same issue logging in to my email!

Try to reclick resend code a handful of times, and I believe it eventually gives you an option to send the 2FA code to your email.

@iLikeGreenTea  Please use this direct link to support so they can SIM card swap the number for you then you will receive the code to your new SIM card to sign in with
