unable to send sms only

I am on a unlimited call and text plan with Public Mobile.

I am unable to send text message to a fido cell customer.

Error message:

Invalid number.Domestic roaming not allowed ( 13)

Are you not able to recieve calls as well? If thats the case, seems like their may be a port in issue. You will have to contact the moderator team in that case.

@ptferns What is make/model of your phone?

Try rebooting the phone with the SIM installed.

Ask the Fido friend to text you and see if you can reply.

Try your SIM in a different unlocked phone.

Let us know how you make out.
