I need a refund of $70 back… for the $20 ad on plan and I also accidentally charged my card twice for $56 twice for my current plan. I also need for my plan to be renewed before the due date. I am unable to do it from my account.

If YOU accidentally added funds to your account, I would suggest to leave them there as they will be used on next renewal.
As for add-on you can ask agent for refund if you do not plan to use that add-on ever. Be aware it might take few weeks to receive refund.
Early renewal is possible but that has to be done by agent.
You can ask them all option you have regarding refunds at the same time.

@Shanique for early renewal, you have to open ticket with PM Support and they can process it for you
and for the "accidental" charge you put in, do you see that charge showing up as Available fund in My Account? Login again using Incognito mode to assure you get the latest info
Since you have a charge dispute , you can open a single ticket with them to get it sorted out
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
