When you login your self service account, you need your email address not your user name .

If you forget your password, click "reset password", then PM will send a link in your email.

Hi if password reset is not working you need to contact a cs agent to change/reset account email you need the help of a service rep

@Kev0711 , please try using incognito mode on your browser.  See if that helps.

did you try to login with Incognito mode?

 

 did you try Reset Password link there and put in all the possible email address you might have used
