the person you quoted is not a support here

you need to submit a ticket using private message link on my earlier post

and as said, you might not get a refund as PM is a prepaid carrier and only provide refund if the system has trouble activating your account

sorry @Cedric5 , PM is prepaid carrier and no refund if you cancel the next day, unless the service was never fully activated

if you like you can try to check with PM support and see if your situation qualifies
