Account locked transfer e-sim

Got a new phone, tried to sign in on PM app but is sending verification code to phonenumber. Account is now locked for the next 22 hours.I don't know how to contact an agent.I am writing this on behalf of someone else since they cannot login.

you need to download and login PM app on your new phone and buy a new esim using the app on the new phone

And with the login problem, try click "Resend Code" or "Didn't receive code" and then "Send email" to get the code via email

if you got that  verification prompt, you will need support agent to help if you cannot get the code on your phone
