My plan is 15$ I got that amount on my account and they suspended my plan why the money is thier for my plan

@Minuteman82 if your services are working, you can ignore those messages as @BeachNBeer described above.

These are normal (silly ) messages upon renewal on your self serve.

 

 

IF you have no services, that your renewal failed to renew your plan.

Try adding $1 manually as a payment to top up your account, then see if you can resume/reactivate services.
