I lost access to my Public mobile account and need to add data for my job.

 

I already posted and tried to contact a PM service agent with no avail.

 

Which provider should I choose if PM won't assist me?!

 

Getting ridiculous.....

@chrisbiss2000  - what do you mean you had "tried to contact a PM service agent"; so, you never received a response back from anyone?

If that is the case reply to one of the tickets/messages you sent to them to follow up.

It sounds like, there has been some delays with CSA responses of late; so hopefully the backlog is being attended to.

Have you kept up with your payment? If nonpayment is long than 90 days, your account is closed and you will lose your number.

If you kept up with payment, login your account with your email and verify with the 2FA code then purchase add-on.

How have you lost access to your account? Can you not get the verification text or email? Have you forgotten your login credentials? Do you know your four digit account pin number? If you do you can add a data add on through 611 and pay with the credit card on file or via a voucher as @Timer has given you information on....? If you give us a little more info we might be able to help you.

use browser from computer,/clear cache/cookies/use one page inPrivate mode,

or safari on private mode, then  Reset Password 

 

after successful reset passowrd then close all browser,/clear cache/cookies/one page inPrivate mode,

 

To Login Page 

you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything, just wait about a 3 second will automatically be login,,

and go to Plan & Add-ons, to buy it Add-ons.

or use vouchers to purchase from any stations or Shell,

then add to your account by call *611

once connected press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN #, on the receipt
