or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent ,and Explain your issue to
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

and them will reset for you,

If you need to make a payment quickly, you can use a service such as recharge.com to buy a voucher or you can buy one from some retaiil stores.  A Public Mobile voucher can be added to your account by dialing *611 from your cell phone.  Of course, you'll still want to have your Self Serve password reset for future use.
