if even your community account got hacked, that mean the hacker still have your email credentials and can reset any password for any account you have
What I suggest you is to use another computer you never use before (maybe from family member) , set up a new email address with a COMPLETELY new password, different password pattern from before and start using that machine. (don't log back on to any old account in this loaner machine)
Then you can try to move your Community email address and PM My Account email address onto that new one.. Continue to use this loaner machine until your situation is all clear up.. like you are sure your original email address is safe.. you might then try to wipe clean the original computer and start fresh.

if your other accounts have been compromised, too.. then i should be glad PM ask all these "wuestions" to confirm you are you... if the questions are easy questions, hackers can easily answer those and take over your PM account, do SIM swap or other more damaging work.

I guess first thing is to have mod to reset the email and password for you on PM My Account first
are your other accounts like email also got hacked? If so, you might want to create a new email address and have PM logon set to use the new email address.. Until your other hacking issue is fixed, it's dangerous to use the old email address (i am assuming your original email account was also compromised).

Just stay focused on that envelope icon. When a message appears you'll get a little indicator above it. Or, by default, wait for the email notification in your email (if you are still able to access it). But don't answer the email. Come back here and go into the envelope and click on the subject line to open the message.

@Amberaac1 first message was everything was "My whole account is hacked" , then @Amberaac11 was talking about no service since activation with $100 there. We are confused too..
So, can you answer couple questions
1. are you able to logon to My Account?
2. If so, What is showing on the Overtview Tab of My Account? is your account status Active? or Suspended?
3. how much showing as Available Fund on My Account?

I don’t think any one can help you here, from the Community, to resolve your issue.
I suggest that you contact a MOD.

Click on the reactivate button. If that doesn't make the system take your payment go to the plans or usage page. Click on lost/stolen. Suspend your service. Log out/in. Resume your service. Your payment should be taken. Log out. Reboot your phone. Your service should now be active.

@Amberaac1 , @Amberaac11 : Let us know when you're able to sit down for a bit with a browser open to this page and hopefully another tab open to your self-serve and your phone next to you. Unless you're doing all of this on your phone which would of course make this rather more cumbersome. If you can take screenshots of the browser or phone and post them here, even better.
