can’t call/text in or out. Service down all morning. Can’t download additiinal esim card like before. What’s going in?

Hmm, I checked my Welcome email and it told me to scan the qr code below. There was no qr code anywhere in the email. I don’t see the esim install option anywhere. I can’t open a ticket without getting an error message. What would you advise?

@SGould sometimes the app already installed the esim and just unable to enable it. Check you sim Manager or Settings> Cellular screen.
If not there, check your Welcome email
if really cannot find the eSIM to insatlled, open ticket with PM support
