I just joined Public Mobile and did not ask to set up a PIN for verification. How can I set one up?

During activation, you should have been asked to set one. If you can't log into your Self Serve account, you'll need to cotnact a Public Mobile customer supprot agent to ask about resetting the account PN. Please send a private message to CS_Agent.

@DBG99 Are you able to log into your account? If you can, you can set it yourself by clicking on the profile link on the web once you've signed in and there is an edit PIN password option.
