What was the error? Please keep in mind that it says it can take sometime between 30 minutes to 5h to activate, considering restarting your phone

Just scan the QR code with your phone on the Welcome to PM email.

@Mayur33 what exact error you got??
Check your Sim Card Manager or Settings > Cellular and see if there is a Public Mobile sim there
If not, check if you got any PM Welcome email and if there is a QR code there

@Mayur33 Are you doing this through the app? What happens, do you get an error message?
