I also noticed that I was charged twice.  Dec 21 and 22nd.

The payment history only shows one of the charges.

@Ron_2 there is a Payment History link on both the My Account's Overview page and Payment page.  click the payment history link there

How can one check to see if the account has been credited?  The "Payments" tab does not show the current balance.  The payment history shows that last month was paid.

@Ron_2login to My Account and check the Payment history, did it show both transactions on the 2 days?

Also, you made any immediate plan change!on Dec 22?
