I also noticed that I was charged twice. Dec 21 and 22nd.

How do you check your account balance? I can't find it anywhere in the "My Account" web site.

The payment history only shows one of the charges.Thanks, I have PM'ed CS Agent.

How can one check to see if the account has been credited? The "Payments" tab does not show the current balance. The payment history shows that last month was paid.
