I did quickly check the number at CNAC, and it was in an area that Telus doesn't service/provide phone numbers for. Now, i didn't write the number down, and it's possible that I mixed up the numbers, but if I looked up the correct set of numbers, there isn't anything that the moderators can do to port this number in.

Awesome link! I can confirm you can port a phone number from an suspended account to koodo. I think you just earned yourself the solution to this thread!

If @computergeek541 has correctly identified your service area then you will not be able to port your phone number to public mobile. PHONE NUMBER REMOVED

You can contact the PM moderator to help you out by clicking on the SIMon chat bubble and ask to chat with a moderator.
It is true that where there are Telus/Bell towers, the Public Mobile service will work. However, that does not mean that Public Mobile has phone numbers for that location or that a phone number from that city can be ported in.

Hi @Joanwheeler1953 Welcome to Public Mobile!
For your safety, please never post personal information on public forums, like this. There are fraudsters lurking in the forums and ready to jump on unsuspecting customers.
As already posted above, there are no phone numbers to call Public Mobile. But we have an amazing community who are very knowledgeable and always ready to help fellow customers. Except for inquiries which need access to customers account, the community will not rest until your issue/problem is resolved.
I hope you are able to transfer your number to Public Mobile.
Wishing you the best

@Joanwheeler1953 , there is no number to call Public Mobile customer service representatives. All support is online.
To activate your public Mobile SIM actiavte here with a new number then contact Moderators afterwards to port your number over.

Is your number from Saint Basille? If so, that number can't be transfered to Public Mobile. Sorry. This is because Telus Mobility does not have have a block of phone number for that location assigned to them.
