If you still have working services, or have not been in non-payment status for over 90 days, AND you have tried the Forgot your password option to reset your password for your Self Serve...
try OPENING a tab in incognito mode, then try to log in again.
If still issues, contact CSA to help you get access to your Self Serve.

Were you not able to setup an account for 6 months? or were you locked out for 6 months?
Any chance you activated instore (or via friends?) and they setup the account for your with your email but didn't get you the password?
did you try using the Forgot password option ?

I have been keeping out of my account for over 6 months.I searched it o. Here before with no results.
