Hey i am just wondering why my internet doesnt work

Normally, it should works automatically. Sometimes you1 will need to set it up. Search data setting for instruction

Presume you're referring to mobile data and not Wi-Fi. 

 

Before troubleshooting, check under your data and add-ons in your self serve to make sure data is showing as remaining.

 

Then,  check/try the following:

 

  • Try Restarting Your Mobile Phone
  • Check If You're On Airplane Mode
  • Make sure mobile data is toggled on
  • Check If You're Using The Right Mobile Network
  • Re-Insert Your SIM Card
  • Reset Your APN
  • Change Your APN Protocol
  • Manually Enter Your APN
  • Ensure your phone has the latest updates

Did you activate just now?  Did it work before?  If it didn't ever work, adjust your APN settings.https://www.publicmobile.ca/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone

 

If it worked before, go into your account and look for the amount of data remaining. If nothing is shown, that means all data has been used.
