Presume you're referring to mobile data and not Wi-Fi.
Before troubleshooting, check under your data and add-ons in your self serve to make sure data is showing as remaining.
Then, check/try the following:

If it worked before, go into your account and look for the amount of data remaining. If nothing is shown, that means all data has been used.
