I've used several troubleshooting on my Android phone settings when I watch on YouTube but it always coming back after the procedure. How would I do?
My phone is Tecno pova4
And I can't use my mobile data sim.

@Blankpanther , I wonder if the data issues you are having might be due to band compatibility. You only have band 5 connection for both 3G and LTE.

@Blankpanther , if you are showing a Data line item on your Overview in your Self Serve account, then can you tell us if this has always been like this OR have you only had this issue recently?
Try one or more of the below:
*turn off your phone, leave off for a minutes, then reboot
*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode
*reboot your phone again

Android phone say that if you are out of data. Is then when you're not using wifi? Go into your account and check the remaining data amount. If nothing is shown, it means all data has been used.
