If you unable to access your self service account, you will need to contact CSA as described above.
You also could check your email. Public mobile often sends a welcome email when you first activated. The account number is in the address to: section.

@Mah1 Login to your My Account and the account number is on the top right
if you have forgotten your My Account login, try using Forgot password link to reset the password. Or you will have to open ticket with PM to have it reset
You might also be able to find your Account number from the Welcome email in the very beginning when you joined
