Random charge... Refundable?

I was charged for Public Mobile!! Never even heard of it before and I looked, my city doesn't even show as a service area. So when & how will I be refunded?

@XmasAngelEyes any chance you have service with Koodo or Telus?  If so, does the charge looks like a charge for your Koodo or Tekus service instead?

 

Maybe your family member using your card?

You should talk to your bank or credit card company.

Nothing will happen by posting it here. We are all customers and have nothing to do with your account.

If you or a family member or someone with the use of your credit card have no business with Public or Koodo or Telus then just get the bank to do a chargeback.
