Active account with a plan but calls not going

Hi

 

So have an active account status with a plan and available minutes and data, however data isnot working and when I try making a call it says no minutes remaining. Tried resetting my network settings, did a few turn off-ons as well, wondering what is going on?

I didnt swap the SIM card but seems like the phone is working ok at the moment, all by itself.

@foxonefoxone was your account just renewed?  and you tried your sim card in another phone?

 

PM seems to have some issue with renewal with some accounts in the last couple days.  You have done the correct thing to open ticket with support. 

 

Please wait till morning and you should get a reply.  If not, message them again for update

@foxonefoxone try to put a 1 before the 10 digits number and see if it goes through
