Raising a ticket is like pulling your hair out

  1. No special link. Ticket option is not clear and I have with PM for so long. Finally found ticket page from somebody's link and after filling up all the fields, it shows error on the top. cleared cache and again it is stil the same

@Chiranjiv what you found was the Chatbot link. It is supposed to be the preferred method and faster way

but if you like, you can also use the easier way, message support directly

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
