Hi! I noticed that I have a large amount of call made to voice mail. Example: I have 4 consecutive calls made to VM, but no incoming calls before or during this timeframe and none made by us. Why are these calls being made and/or registered on the usage?

HI @PaulV Please check this one. It is an interesting setup. When you see a spam call, just decline the call and let it talk to Lenny

Waste of time... I used to do that, too. All these numbers are spoofed one so blocking them will not help.
There are few options not to let call to go to voice mail presented in this forum.

Hi Meow! Thanks, I do not believe the VM minutes are deducted from the plan. I think darlicious' explanation might be the cause. Thanks again!

HI @PaulV For most default setup, if you deny a call while it is ringing, it will send to voicemail.
And yes, if you blocked the call on the device level, it will got routed to VM as well.

Thanks! we still get calls, so I do not believe this to be the issue.

Any incoming caller that gets diverted to voicemail will show up as your phone number instead of theirs so it appears as though you have called your voicemail. If you live in any other time zone than eastern you can determine if you called your voicemail by it being time stamped in local time while incoming callers will be time stamped at eastern time.

Are you saying somebody accessed your voice mail from your phone and used your minutes (most likely $15 plan correct?)
It cannot happen out of blue. Somebody did press 1 on your phone and called vmail. What your Usage History says?

H @PaulV It could be an problem with the network in your area. Try to change your network setting to 3G Only (some phones call it WCDMA ONLY or HSPA ONLY). Then have someone to call you and see if you can receive the calls
