When I tried to put in the number I want to transfer, I misclicked and put one wrong number. Now my phone number is some strangers and I cannot verify and sign into my eversafe id. I want an agent to allow me to change the transfer number that I mis inputted to my virgin mobile phone number that I am trying to transfer into public mobile. Could someone help?

@hTideGnow @esjliv I think this issue is caused by PM immediately activating a requested transfer for outbound calling BEFORE the port is completed.

@bhawana - so someone else approved the porting text?! That person was not very careful. They should have just ignored it.
There has been other posts today and numbers changing or not ringing to their own number. I wonder if one of these customers and you are connected?
If you call the Telus porting number (like others suggested) I am not sure how they can help if someone approved the port on their end. Therefore, in your case I would let a CS_Agent know. Methods to contact Public Mobile Customer Support (CSA) below:
1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, and bottom right corner of the page (See the Chat Bubble),
2-OR, go to your ENVELOPE at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.

So, you never got a text from your old carrier asking your approval for the porting?
no worry, still can fix it. The porting team would be able to change the porting details. Call them. I will message you the phone number. Please check the Community inbox for the number
