Purchased new Physical SIM

I used to have an eSIM but then purchased a physical SIM to convert the eSIM to the physical SIM. The problem is that the new SIM card isn't being recognized by my phone. I tried both on an iPhone 7 plus and an iPhone 14 and it just displays "No SIM". Other physical SIMs work in both phones. Can someone help? I tried to submit a support ticket but the link isn't working and I don't know how else to contact customer support.

Yes I did update the SIM number on my account but it doesn't work.
Just sent a message to CS Agent.

have you requested to update the sim card number on My Account?

If you did already, you can message Support and ask them to confirm the nee sim is properly provisioned:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
