How can I activate my new plan which I got promotion as text message

Usually to accept promotional offers via text message from PM, all you have to do is reply YES and it SHOULD start on your next cycle UNLESS it's within the next few days. For example, I was offered a promo and it was to start on my next cycle. Because I was 4 days away, it wasn't processed and started the next cycle. I now have the $25 Unlimited Calling with 5GB of data.

Would you mind taking a screenshot and sharing the offer you got?

If you responded to take advantage of one of the texted promotional plans, it should automatically be setup to change on your next plan renewal.
