Purchased an eSIM public mobile plan and didn't realize my phone wasn't eSIM compatible.

The plan is paid for but unfortunately my new phone isn't eSIM compatible. I've been trying to contact someone to inquire if I can change my plan to a mailed SIM card (without paying again) but I keep getting blank screens or it'll just say there are no available agents currently try again later and disconnect me.

 

I did submit a ticket but I have no clue how that works or how to check if I even got through.

I'll take a refund at this point and just goto my local Telus store now.

I just realized there is no ticket in my outbox 😞 I was supposed to get a response in 30 minutes or so but it's been over two hours. Did something happen to misplace my ticket perhaps?

@JK_8989 , the ticketing system is how you interact with support.  If you go to the envelope on the upper right corner of the web page, you will see the ticket in the outbox.  Monitor the inbox for a response.

@JK_8989  Then you did the right thing to contact support to get SIM card instead . Also note you can buy them from some Telus /koodos stores  (corporate stores only) support Mya reimburse you for it . But since you already created a ticket keep an eye on your community inbox for there reply
