Purchased a gig top up on March 31 and have not received any data on account as of today. All out of data here...now what?

@Paul76 If you log into My Account, do you see $15 showing up as Available Fund in My Account, did you see the 1GB showing up in the My Account & Add-on section? If you don't see it there but seeing $15 in Available Fund, then as @hairbag1 said, you just loaded the fund and didn't make the purchase after.

Purchasing an add-on after logging in into your PM account is a two-step process. You need to load funds first and then purchase add on.

Do you see the 1GB data add on in your self service account, under Data and Add on section?

Purchasing add-ons are a 2 step process. First add $$ to Available Funds..then go back and buy your add-on.
Look in Available Funds and see if your $$ are still there...now go and buy your add-on. Restart phone.
