I just purchased a phone from Public and I need to change the shipping address. How can I do that?

So you are saying I cannot purchase phone from PM and send to somebody else address as a gift?

If it has been within the last few days you have enough time to make the change as it can take a few weeks for the phone to get to you. Just make sure you reach out ASAP

I would suggest to contact agent ASAP before they ship your order

In either case watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
