starting from this Monday and Tuesday , I received calls from italkbb (my old company )for the old phone number transferring process(public company’s applying and italkbb’s agreement), but this morning they told me that public company canceled the transferring. I called italkbb and was told I should contact with public, but I couldn’t connect with any agent. I am thinking about if I have to stop transferring without any help! What can I do for the next?Please who can help me out of the trouble now? Thank you for your reply!

@wjhzlz162 Best is to contact PM Support and ask for the porting status.

To transfer number from old company to PM - BOTH accounts have to be active. Do not cancel any as of yet.
Contact agent, explain situation and see how they can help you out.
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
