Data Issues

I have  1 GB of data  monthly and when I look at my history it shows a lot of my data is being used in the middle of the night when I'm not using my phone.  How do I stop this from happening??

@PHastie hi check your setting make sure you have updates turned of for your apps while on data ,wifi only, also make sure wi fi assist is not enabled

@PHastie   PM only upload data usage twice a day or so instead of constantly updating with many entries. So, the line you see middle of the night is a total usage since the last  update (the previous line) rather than an actual usage during that time.
